FREE HAIR CUT. A boy gets a free haircut from Mayor Reynaldo Velasco (left) at the Banaoang Central School in Sta. Barbara town in preparation for the school opening next month. At left is Supt. Eric Noble, the town’s chief of police, who hatched the idea. The free haircut coincides with the medical and dental mission in the school.
